Rex on the Bills proposal of Expanding replay: "(The Bills) just want to propose that we all get the call right"

Rex Ryan says the #Bills proposal to expand replay use will "gain traction." It was voted down by owners this week

Rex on New S Blanton: "I was high on him because he possess man coverage skills and uses them in a variety of ways. Very competitive & smart

Rex on TE Dray: he's a big blocker and a capable receiver. He's familiar with Romans offense, which is not easy to learn"

Rex on Harvin: "When he's healthy, he can really help us. If he comes back, I would be absolutely happy to have him back"

Ryan also said he wanted Harvin back . This guy is not a players coach, he is a flippin' phycologist...he never saw a stray ( down and out loser) he couldn't waste his time on when he should spend his time actually coaching.

If he wants to solve the head issues of some of these guys he should get out of coaching and get a job as the team shrink.
