I’ve argued in the past that we shouldn’t be calling Antifa by that name because it gives them an out — a nice sounding cover name — for what they really are, which is radical leftists. Terms matter. It’s part of the reason we still have ignorant liberals saying, “Antifa? That means they’re anti-fascist.” Well, no, that’s like saying the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is democratic. Antifa demonstrates frequently how “fascist” they are in their attitudes and actions.

The radical leftists were holding signs that said, “Death to Fascism” and had the communist hammer and sickle symbol.

Here, you can see the police try to grab what looks like an Antifa person, and then the person is grabbed back by the radicals.

It’s hilarious that Antifa flyers were trying to tar the anti-mandate group as “rioters” when other Antifa across the country have been involved in all kinds of rioting over the past couple of years, not to mention for years before, not only here but in Europe. Just last month in Portland, in one wild smashing spree, we saw radical leftists cause $500,000 dollars of damage because the police were helpless to stop them. In September, we also saw an Antifa member allegedly shoot an anti-vaccine mandate protester.

BLM leader threatens ‘riots, fire, bloodshed’ in NYC if Eric Adams gets tough on crime

by Jesse O'Neill & Julia Marsh

A Black Lives Matter leader vowed there’ll be “riots,” “fire” and “bloodshed” if Mayor-elect Eric Adams follows through with his promise to bring back plainclothes anti-crime cops to battle New York’s surge in violent crimes. New York BLM co-founder Hawk Newsome debated the plan for a return to tougher policing with Adams during a contentious sit-down at Brooklyn Borough Hall Wednesday that was livestreamed on Instagram. Although Adams found common ground with the activists on plans to fight poverty in the black community, the former NYPD captain said he’ll be reinstating a revamped version of the undercover anti-crime unit that was disbanded at the height of widespread police protests last year.

Do you suppose Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers believes that those who think Rittenhouse should be acquitted will riot if he is not?

Obviously not.

Given the history of the riots, it’s a small group of BLM/Antifa/Communist thugs who in the absence of order ripped the city apart to protest the district attorney’s refusal to charge with murder a cop who shot a knife-welding Jacob Blake. (This followed on the nationwide  riots which followed the death in custody of George Floyd in Minneapolis).

In a longer but no less worthwhile analysis John Hinderacker excoriates the deceptive, manipulative  coverage in the press of the  Rittenhouse trial.

The first is just the yawning chasm between the press narrative about what happened that night in Wisconsin -- what the conventional, proper-thinking wisdom was -- and what actually seems to have happened. The smart set insisted that Kyle Rittenhouse was a MAGA-loving vigilante who went to Kenosha to kill BLM supporters. Remember that the President of the United States seemed to imply Rittenhouse was a “white supremacist” in a campaign video.

The divide between the coverage and the reality -- Rittenhouse appears to have a solid self-defense case -- is stark.

[snip]

The second thing I keep thinking about is that the events of that night show the abolish-police vision in action. When the defund advocates talk about what replaces policing, they talk about community-led safety. They talk about neighbors and friends stopping crimes, relying on themselves. But what does abolishing the police look like in practice? What happens when the police really do stand down and let fires burn as they did last summer?

It looks a lot like Kyle Rittenhouse. It looks like a teenager seeing chaos and getting pretty convinced that stopping it falls on his shoulders. It looks like heavily armed, untrained local dads defending shops and homes because no one else will. AOC told us the police-free life looked like “a suburb.” The implication is that street violence is somehow imposed by cops. Take away the police and, like magic, no more problems. Kenosha suggests that is very much not the case.

I see.  Rittenhouse killed white-black people.  Much like George Zimmerman was a white-Hispanic.

BYRON YORK: The Fall of Black Lives Matter.

Back in the summer of 2020, at the height of the Black Lives Matter movement, a federal agency, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, ruled that BLM was not political or partisan, and therefore federal employees could express support for the movement while on duty — such as wearing BLM shirts — without violating federal rules against partisan activity in the workplace.

A new poll shows just how wrong that ruling was. It would be hard to imagine a more partisan movement than BLM. . . . At this point in its history, BLM is a partisan political movement, no matter what the federal government said back in 2020.” The federal government says a lot of things.

Ax-Wielding Antifa Member Attacks GOP Senator's Office, Democrats Give Him Money, FBI Returns Ax

Far-left miscreant Thomas Alexander Starks, 31, of Lisbon, North Dakota, pleaded guilty to destruction of government property last April. Starks brought an ax to Sen. John Hoeven’s office in Fargo on December 21, 2020, and smashed  an intercom and glass door. The attack was captured on video.

Federal guidelines suggested Starks should spend 10–16 months in the hoosegow, but because he is a protected member of Antifa, he was sentenced to mere probation and ordered to pay $2,784 in restitution.

Keep in mind that there are people still in solitary confinement for taking non-violent selfies in the Capitol on January 6.

Even better, the FBI returned the ax he used in the attack. Starks is bragging about it on Facebook, where he goes by the name “Paul Dunyan,” a reference to the axman Paul Bunyan.

Starks openly admits to being a member of Antifa and has a history of threatening violence online. In one picture, Starks is seen wearing a Socialist Rifle t-shirt. Socialist Rifle is a left-wing fringe group that had communicated with Antifa mass shooter Connor Betts before he murdered nine people in Dayton, Ohio, back in 2019.

I-am-antifa-730x222.jpg

After his arrest, Starks set up a GoFundMe (where he claimed innocence) and begged for financial help to hire a lawyer. He also claims he would “never pointlessly put his family’s well-being in jeopardy with reckless vandalism.” Even though he did.

{snip}

Three North Dakota Democrats threw the fascist some dough. Democrat Party Executive Committee Representative Ellie Shockley donated $100, Democratic-Non Partisan League (NPL) Chairwoman Kylie Oversen also gave $100, and Ellen Chaffee, the Democrat candidate for lt. governor in 2012, gave $500.

Funding anarchy didn’t sit well with North Dakota Republicans. They released a statement:

“It is inexcusable that Chairwoman Oversen would be personally involved in supporting a far-left extremist whose violent actions constitute an assault on our democracy,” Chairman Rick Berg said on Jan. 6. “Video evidence leaves little in doubt about this attack, so it is unfathomable why ND Dem-NPL officials would lend their name and financial support to a man they refer to as ‘innocent.”

Salvation Army — White donors need to offer ‘Sincere Apology’ for their Racism…

“Many have come to believe that we live in a post-racial society, but racism is very real for our brothers and sisters who are refused jobs and housing, denied basic rights and brutalized and oppressed simply because of the color of their skin,” one lesson explains. “There is an urgent need for Christians to evaluate racist attitudes and practices in light of our faith, and to live faithfully in today’s world.”

I have always donated money every time I come across these folks, now I sneer

as I walk by.

Racist mother &^%$ers.

I don't believe what you are quoting is correct. I went from your article to the Salvation Army site that was linked and it does not say anything about white vs black anywhere. It talks of actual social justice vs the democrat BS, so unless they changed it real quick it is likely someone either making it up or taking something out of context. Lastly I know a few members of the SA and they are really conservative.
