Homeland Security making plans to deploy some 150 agents in Chicago this week, with scope of duty unknown

Also, 100 mile border zone refresher.

blah, blah blah, democratic talking points... but buried in the article:

On Saturday, the president of the Chicago police’s largest union had sent Trump a letter asking for help from the federal government in putting a lid on crime in the city.

“I am certain you are aware of the chaos currently affecting our city on a regular basis now,” John Catanzara, president of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, wrote in a letter that was posted on the FOP’s Facebook page. “I am writing to formally ask you for help from the federal government. Mayor Lightfoot has proved to be a complete failure who is either unwilling or unable to maintain law and order here.”

So far in 2020, Chicago has experienced one of its most violent years in recent memory, especially since late May with the fallout over the death of George Floyd at the hands of police in Minnesota. Through July 12, homicides in Chicago were up 48% with 385, compared with 260 at the same time last year, official CPD statistics show. Shootings were also up by 46%.

Buried in the article. You know why they put it there? It’s because they know people that buy into their ***** are too stupid to read it.

No doubt. We have a lotta Headline Sallys here, too.  I am sure the general public does not get much the first paragraph either.

The DA is hilarious... "nonviolent protest." IOW, wait for them to beat you and torch your  house! So what if they were guilty of B&E, you should have taken what they were dishin' out.

Charges filed against Mark and Patricia McCloskey

St. Louis prosecutors on Monday filed charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West End couple seen pointing guns at protesters in late June.

Patricia and Mark McCloskey are each facing one count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon - Flourishing, sources told News 4.

"It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening matter at those participating in nonviolent protest, and while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable in St. Louis," Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said in a statement. "We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated."

Pretty sad state of affairs. This shouldn't even be a consideration, and yet here we are, watching a local government grab guns and charge homeowners while letting the 'nonviolent protesters" who tore down their gate and threatened to kill them be seen as the victims.

I'm very glad to not be living in that schitthole.

This will be an interesting case to watch.  Sort of a clash between 1st and 2nd amendment rights.  Where the lines should be drawn will be contested if it goes to trial.

'Strike for Black Lives': Workers to walk off jobs in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Thousands of people across the country will walk off their jobs in protest on Monday, including in Rochester.

Dubbed the "Strike for Black Lives," workers are striking as a response to racial and economic inequality, which they say has deepened during the pandemic. They're demanding action to confront white supremacy, the public health emergency, and the broken economy.

Nursing home workers at the Pearl on Portland Avenue in Rochester will picket starting at 11 a.m. Monday.

Labor unions, along with social and racial justice organizations from New York City to Los Angeles, will take part in a range of planned actions. Where work stoppages are not possible for a full day, participants will either picket during a lunch break or observe moments of silence to honor Black lives lost to police violence, organizers said.

So is that even legal?  You can walk off the job and protest matters not necessarily related to your job?

So ridiculous. "Thousands across the country..."

You can find thousands across the country attending a Furry Convention.

I desperately hate the way the media controls the narrative.

Shocking Leftist Violence in Denver.

Brace for the Backlash

Original Article

According to science, which we recently learned is racist except when it is useful to the libs, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Putting aside the gender and pallor privilege of Sir Isaac Newton that has the sociology students in Goucher College’s “Physics for Liberal Arts Majors and other Dummies" course literally shaking, his Third Law of Motion provides a glimpse of the future as the center-left and the ravenous tiger it is riding, the radical left, seek to lock in their domination of the culture through physical and social terrorism.

I don’t see why it shouldn’t be legal. I also don’t see why it shouldn’t be legal to fire their asses for it.

They’ve accomplished that while simultaneously suggesting Trump is the one who has caused it. They’re freaks. Mentally unstable.
