Nanker Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 How DARE he! WGAS is right! And Philly stole wings from Buffalo too. They have a world championship wing eating contest there every year. Of all the nerve!
Doc Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Sounds like how giddy they were when they "fleeced" the Bills for Alonso.
YoloinOhio Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 I've heard their law enforcement is another reason these three went there. They feel safe.
26CornerBlitz Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 How DARE he! WGAS is right! And Philly stole wings from Buffalo too. They have a world championship wing eating contest there every year. Of all the nerve! Double WGAS! The guy writes for the Atlantic City Press. Given the state of affairs in Atlantic City, he really should just STFU.
BarleyNY Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Dogging another city is simply cheap, classless writing. He could have written a decent article about why the players came to Philly to play in Schwartz's defense, the succes they've had together and why. But, no, he plays the Philly-is-way-cooler-than-crappy-Buffalo card. Stellar job. That he thinks Lake Erie is 35 minutes from Buffalo shows you exactly how informed he is. And that he thinks Anchor Bar has "tremendous" wings shows you his level of taste.

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Philly is not exactly much to write home about, frankly.
lefto Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Looks like a credible site/source for sports news. Anyone catch the picture in the right hand corner? Who is Brandon Brooks? Brandon Brooks speaks during a news conference at the Eagles' practice facility Friday in Philadelphia. The Eagles agreed on a three-year contract with Brooks, who spent the previous four seasons in Buffalo.
Not at the table Karlos Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 35 mile drive to lake erie? It's like 35 feet from downtown
nucci Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Philly is not exactly much to write home about, frankly. You have a problem with local news here (I'm in Delaware) leading off every morning newscast with multiple homicides in the city?
BuffaloBill Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Snore.... In other enlightening news today we turned the clocks forward and amazingly there was a sunrise...
BringBackFergy Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 How is it that Lake Erie is a 35 mile drive?? He must be using Uber 35 mile drive to lake erie? It's like 35 feet from downtown LOL I said the same thing.

They used a picture of his presser where he re-signed with them last week because it's the same as Ron Brooks signing with the Eagles. In a shocking development the Eagles didn't hold a press conference for his signing. What a snub.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 After signing 3 players the Bills didn't want http://m.pressofatlanticcity.com/sports/local/eagles/weinberg-a-lot-for-new-eagles-to-like-in-philly/article_e0e12c70-a594-5bc8-ade2-027520e32ede.html?mode=jqm Btw they may want to get an editor on that picture and caption accompanying the story Ha ha indeed. But most of the article seems devoted to a retrospective encomium of the Eagles former DC Billy Davis.
Not at the table Karlos Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Snore.... In other enlightening news today we turned the clocks forward and amazingly there was a sunrise... completely forgot about that. I've been wondering why everyone has been asking where I was.
YoloinOhio Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 completely forgot about that. I've been wondering why everyone has been asking where I was.ironically, the cashier at the liquor store last night was reminding every customer in line.
26CornerBlitz Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Philly is not exactly much to write home about, frankly. He's not actually a Philly reporter.
