Given we're stuck with Rex, it makes sense. It just sucks to see guys who flourished in a wide 9 4-3 get jetisoned and we're not getting better. We;re just using the draft to replace people to fit Rex. You know you're in a good place when your draft just keeps adding talent to existing talent vs constantly replacing talent and hoping they fit.

either Rex will get it all together and I for one will eat crow bringing the defense into the top 5, or more likely we are mediocre again, miss the palyoffs, and Rex is bye bye in a year.

Rex will be gone, after next season I hope, and we'll be paying the price for his "peg in round hole" mentality.

he didn't make the tackles.

Hey, at least Manny Lawson improved. Let's get rid of everyone and start rebuilding that terrible defense from 2 years ago!

how many starters are they getting rid of? Bradham is a FA. He was a 4th rd pick who got busted for weed and had one decent year out of 4. They "got rid" of one starter. Or, "everyone" I guess. Edited by YoloinOhio

@kevinmassare

At least if the Bills can't sign a UFA from another team, we will be getting a compensatory draft pick from Bradham. 4th-6th based on value.

But that won't be until 2017

IK Enemkpali and how many starters were former Jets? exactly ZERO. A popularly false narrative on this board. We are NOT loaded up with former JETS.

I still count Harvin as a very expensive former Jet , still $2m dead cap

@PFWeekly

More Eagles moves: former Bills LB Nigel Bradham to Philadelphia, per @PSchrags

I know I have been accused of beating a dead horse, but it is funny that Jim Schwartz never lifted a finger to try to sign Mario (given that Rex Haters claim Rex misused Mario and that Schwartz is a defensive savant while Rex personally ruined our D)

I think we're running out of real reasons to bash Mario.

Not even close. There are many more that are on ice in the mini-fridge.

Maybe they don't have a DE need and have a lot of salary tied up on the D-line already. Maybe.
