Saxum Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 I could see why anti-ischemic drugs [ischaemia is a restriction in blood supply to tissues, causing a shortage of oxygen and glucose needed for cellular metabolism (to keep tissue alive)] could be used to allow athletes to compete more so are reasonable restrictions on athletes.
