boyst Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 i already have a problem with the whole maternity leave thing, this is just above and beyond that by one hundred miles.
ExiledInIllinois Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 What happened to equal pay for equal work? It's in England... They have been more unproductive far longer than we have been... But we are getting there...
The Poojer Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Isn't it kind of a veiled benefit for men? It discriminates against men or makes their work lives easier? http://time.com/4244406/period-policy-british-company/?xid=time_socialflow_twitter
BringBackFergy Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 The menstrual cycle is a hormonal and biological phenomenon. A guy's horniness or thirst for beer is equally hormonal or, at a minimum, a byproduct of genetic forces that preoccupy his mind to the point where he is unable to engage in constructive work. I will need 20 days off per month.
DC Tom Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 The menstrual cycle is a hormonal and biological phenomenon. I know you're joking...but so's my bipolar disorder. But I don't - and never will - get time off without using PTO because I'm depressed.

Try horniness or thirst for beer...it might work.Tom - tried sending you a message but you haven't authorized idiots like me. #rejected

Saxum Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 I have multiple personal disorder so I want vacation time for each of me.
Marty McFly Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Its ok but then we should get 2 "dude days off" a month where we can retreat to our man caves drink beers or smoke a bunch of weed and veg out to TV, Madden, and Lela star and spank time with the wife.
unbillievable Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 The company I work for gives everyone an unpaid day off for Superbowl Sunday, St. Patrick's day, and Cinco de Mayo (out of necessity because either no one showed up, or they were hungover.) Don't be fooled guys, women were already getting these days off. It just makes it an official excuse. Now all they have to acknowledge is time off for children related "emergencies." Of course, if these were PAID days off denied to men, then I see a lawsuit...
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 I have no problem with this. The Buffalo Bills enacted this same policy in 2002, which is why Mike Williams (LT) was able to get so much time off. I believe Jairus Byrd also invoked this policy from time to time.

Big Turk Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 It discriminates against men or makes their work lives easier? http://time.com/4244406/period-policy-british-company/?xid=time_socialflow_twitter When will this feminist BS end? And where are any guys with normal or high testosterone levels to stop this?? Are all the lawmakers dealing with low T? It's out of control the way feminism seems to get whatever it wants these days. Then after all these things they have the nerve to turn around and cry about there being "no real men" left when they've done everything to make sure there can't be...nonsense
