Welp

  Quote

Per a league source with knowledge of the situation, the Bills think Incognito should give the team that gave him a second chance a break, accepting less than perhaps what he could get elsewhere. The Bills are getting frustrated, were told, with Incognitos refusal to take what theyll give him.

So what if you gave him a chance?

He played lights out all season and went to the Pro Bowl

Pay the man.

Dont be cheap and expect a discount just because you gave him a chance.

Yes you gave him a chance and he rewarded you with a Pro Bowl season

I was worried about this. We got a discount on him last year and we were rewarded for it with Pro Bowl play. He doesn't owe us anything more. Expecting to get him for less than market value was a pipe dream.

This is very true .

The problem is the salary cap

This doesn't sound very severe. But I doubt it's even as severe as it sounds. Media gonna media.

everyone must have known this would get spun.

Create conflict media,just awesome!

Who was the source. Lets guess?

and not unreasonable. He earned whatever he gets.

But i sure Bills and Richie find common ground here.

JO should have inserted a team option when they did the deal last year and Richie was desperate to resume his NFL career.

I don't think it's too much to ask that he gives the Bills a fairer shot than the open market. This payday doesn't exist without the Bills.

I guess I'm saying he should be grateful. Teams weren't banging his door down a year ago for reasons of his own creation.

Definitely the receptionist who gave EJ a big hug on draft weekend.

But seriously, I'm willing to wager the Bills sign him. That this is ALL smoke.
