I think it's a good idea, but would have to be reserved for "overtly intentional" personal fouls such as Shu stomping someone, V. Burfect intentionally hurting people, etc. There are too many easy/unintentional ways to draw a personal foul (i.e. RB dips his head down and now you have helmet to helmet, same w/ WR, etc.). Officials are already allowed to eject these players from the game
