No other changes. With Charles Clay's cap number reduced from $13.5M to $6M, Bills now have $9.072M in Top 51 2016 cap space, per @ESPNStatsInfo. But sometimes you just gotta jump into the deep end and see how it goes. Things balance out. all this spending is new to Bills fans and we just have trouble handling it perhaps.
