If I move to Europe, I'm moving to Inverness, to spend my days hunting the Loch Ness Monster (i.e. "sitting by a lake, drinking single-malt scotch all day.") Plus, no Loch Ness Monster. If I'm going to sit by a body of water all day drinking scotch, it'll be where I run the chance - however infinitesimal - of making the scientific discovery of the century.
