Lovecraft's The Outsider and Others. My wife found it for me about 15-20 years ago and paid $350 for it. There are only 1200 in print and it's worth probably $3,000. If it had the original dust jacket (mine is a facsimile) it'd be worth $6-7k. So yeah this may very well have been me.
