Ya Langford will be the #1 guy next year He was awesome when he filled in for Forte and even split carries with him when Forte came back and he still put up good stats CBF

With limited usage, yeah. Whether he can sustain a Forte-like workload remains to be seen. Didn't do it much in college either.

Exactly what we saw with Karlos Williams last year- great change of pace back but when he got his crack at 20 carries a game, he wasn't nearly as effective. This is why LeSan McCoy is so valuable. I really hope this thing gets brushed under the rug.

In NYC, that place would get at least 4000 a SF. I just wasn't aware that it was that cheap in such a big city with a mature housing stock and new units as well. That's fire sale pricing.

It's consistently been a fraction of the cost of comparable cities in the U.S.
