3rdand12 Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Great statement for a Signature Line! been fine tuning it. and thought ? Too soon ? Glad to hear the positive response PFF graded Evans at 75 and said, " You worry a little about the future of this unit at guard, where Jahri Evans (75.1) is more rep than production at this stage." As a comparison: PFF graded Richie Incognito 93. PFF graded John Miller 34.5 OUCH Only one way to go then? UP!!
Utah John Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 been fine tuning it. and thought ? Too soon ? Glad to hear the positive response OUCH Only one way to go then? UP!! Not really. There's also OUT. I'm not giving up on Miller though -- lots of upside and even a rough rookie season gave him a lot of experience.

I will retain positive vibes for him. as long as Kromer was not involved in the Philly incident he have a chance to improve second year in. so should we keep Kraig Urbik ?
jahbonas Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Miller had injury issues and Miller plays for only 700k /year. In the salary cap era you don't throw that away - you need that play at that salary. Also many players make a big jump in their 2nd year. Right tackle is different - those guys have had two full years to show their abilities/inabilities John Miller aggravated his high ankle sprain the last two games he played in before the finale against the Jets. He did start but once again couldn't make it through and left the game with the injury
