Skurski is the same guy who asked EJ at Super bowl radio row two years ago after his rookie year if the Bills should draft a QB in the 1st round. When EJ asked him "what do you think?" Skurski said he thought they should. Tim Graham endorsed. So, guess Jay is a much bigger fan of TT's first season.

You mean his 5th season.

i meant his first season (playing, obviously) I don't think anyone had an opinion of him prior to seeing him play.

I'm just pointing it out because it goes a long ways in the thought process of taking a QB. I trust in Whaley as he seems to know how to build a roster thus far. It wouldn't shock me if we take a QB in the first three rounds of this draft if a guy we project as a better long term answer at QB is there. Case in point is a guy like Connor Cook who during all if last off season he was graded as the best QB entering the draft. He played well this season and MSU had a great season. Now he's been soured on due to his strugglrs with Alabama. It could cause him to slip to 18 or lower but he's be a guy be happy if the Bills took him. As if Tyrod doesn't take the 2016 Bills to the playoffs then I question if we should invest the BIG money he might be seeking next offseason as in giving him that kind of contract could cost us guys like Gilmore or Watkins down the road and honestly I believe more in them than Taylor for long term success.

i definitely want to draft a QB but 1st round is a bit high for the guys who will be there when we pick. Don't think any are ready to play and would rather go 2nd round or later (preferably 3rd or 4th since this draft is deep at defensive line and we could still get a borderline 1st rounder at 49). IMO get the best player you can in the 1st, regardless of position. I do not think Cook will get a 1st round grade. I would not mind drafting him though.
