Nanker Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Actually I've looked closer and Aldi's doesn't own TJ's. It's held in Theo Albrecht's trust who owned both chains. It looks like when he died it stayed in the family trust. Who with his brother have hidden their part in WWII.
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 (edited) Who with his brother have hidden their part in WWII. What role is that? I'm honestly curious. From everything I've read he was a German soilder during WW2. Maybe not something to be proud of, but it's not like people always had a choice. There was a little something called a draft. Just Jack Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 The Aldi's closest to me is across the street from a Wegmans. Both are busy after 5pm with people stopping in to grab stuff on their way home. Aldi's is a lot easier to get in and out though.

Aldi's vs Wegmans is like Lena Dunham vs Kate Upton Sure one is easier to get in and out of. But do you really want to go there?
