Notice how many different email accounts she had... for someone who "hates" technology and is terrible at remembering her password, why did she need so many emails?

Oh... right... because she was selling off access to SAPs through her offsite servers.

I think most of those emails don't involve her directly.  There's a long chain, for example, between Reines, Hastings, Rosen, and a few others that as far as I can tell Hillary is not directly involved in (it connects to Hillary pretty clearly - the mention of "meeting" in Phuket in July 2009 obviously coincides with Rosen's interview of Clinton - but that mention could just as easily be regarding meeting one of her staff.)

I'd like to know what that "stratcomm" email alias is, though.  Seems to receive a lot of the emails of puff pieces written about HRC...but it doesn't seem to be her (at least not personally), as I've seen her send to that alias herself.

I should have written down the page number... 'cause now I can't find this page in the file. But I was referring to these:

Per the bolded - can you give me a page number so I can look directly? I think I have an idea about what that is - I think that's connected to a private intelligence firm.

It's all over the place.  The one I'm looking at now is on 411: To: stratcomm.  Subject: Nice profile of S in Irish Times.  (I presume "S" there is "Secretary" or "State," it's an HRC profile).

I'd thought it might have been StratComm, Inc.,...but it's also a common abbreviation for "Strategic Communications," and it's clearly an email alias, so it really could be anyone.

And regarding those emails...what are the odds that ALL the emails she sent were properly disclosed?  Does anyone really believe that anything at att.blackberry.net and mycingular.blackberry.net were properly disclosed as federal records?  Or hrcarchive@presidentclinton.net?  (Wonder if that one's still active? )

WJC thinks he's the one owed the apology...

Everyone raise your hand if you're in any way surprised that a Clinton thinks they're owed something.

How does someone get 16 million in debt from his position? Furthermore, if his statement is true, how irresponsible must he and Hillary have been?

If you enter national politics without  a warchest of millions you really can't afford it.

a few times a year i try to explain to an accounting colleague how you really can live on your salary as a Senator and maintain a home and entertain as expected.

He's lying.

He moved his assets into the foundation and his library. His net worth today is over 80m. The question that should have been asked immediately after he made that BS statement was, "how did you manage to turn 16m of debt into an 80m net worth while out of office?

The Clintons sold this country out years ago.

And selling access to SAPs on unsecured servers, or setting up lucrative pay-for-play schemes with your Senator wife.

Debt doesn't speak to held assets, it speaks to specific debt.  They may well have been leveraged to the tune of 16m due to mortgages etc. but that doesn't create an accurate picture of their finances.

Clinton is playing word games to drive sentiment and narrative.  Remember, this is that same guy who staked a legal claim on the definition of "is".

That's why I mentioned "his position". Great amount of debt usually is coupled with a great amount of assets.

they were probably in heavy debt leaving the White House, legal bills had to be in the millions.

a perk of the Presidency is book deals and speeches and other honararia that clear out debt incurred.

Legal fees.  Between him and Hillary, he left office with some $13 million in legal fees owed related to the Starr investigation.

Between their speaking engagements and Hillary's book advances, they cleared that up in a couple years.

how could Bill be so clueless or ill-advised to go on TV and pontificate about the #metoo movement?

didn't he know what was going to happen?

He's not necessarily lying.  All the things you're discussing happened after he left office.  It's certainly plausible that he vacated the White House with a significant negative net worth.
