DC Tom
Jersey is the ultimate in stupid laws protecting you from yourself. Can't shovel without a license. Can't pump your own gas (because, y'know, HAZMAT), so can't fill the snowblower. Can I melt the snow with a hair dryer, or do I need a barber license to do that?
