I'm fine with them going after shady for-profits but the big concern is the attitude that there is some justification for whining losers who went to State U to smoke pot and get laid now wanting to sue their way out of their college loan. The comment in the article that it could cost billions would seem to indicate they are considering a much wider net than the couple of schools mentioned in the article.
