Just Jack Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 They do seem to come in threes... I think we're up to 12 by now.
Chef Jim Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 And as a side note Janis would have been 73 today.
Chandler#81 Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 They do seem to come in threes... Natalie Cole
DC Tom Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 RIP Glenn As I've been saying the past couple of years those of us if a certain age (over 50) are going to be saying goodbye to a lot of the musicians we grew up with. The parade of musical obituaries will continue to written about some of the best to ever come along. The beautiful thing is their legacy will live on forever and I feel lucky to have had them as the soundtrack to a lot of my life. And Keith Richards is surviving them all.
Chandler#81 Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 And Keith Richards is surviving them all. We need to start worrying about the kind of world we're gonna leave Keef..
Chef Jim Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 We need to start worrying about the kind of world we're gonna leave Keef.. No, no, no get it right. We need to start worrying what kind of a world our grandchildren are going to leave Keef.
eball Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Loved Frey with the Eagles, but anyone who says they liked "The Heat is On" and "You Belong to the City" needs to rethink his/her musical tastes.
Doc Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Loved Frey with the Eagles, but anyone who says they liked "The Heat is On" and "You Belong to the City" needs to rethink his/her musical tastes. Taste is subjective. I liked them.
Rob's House Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Loved Frey with the Eagles, but anyone who says they liked "The Heat is On" and "You Belong to the City" needs to rethink his/her musical tastes. I was thinking the same thing. Just didn't want to be the first to say it.
KD in CA Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Yup....here's one list I saw. RIP GlennAs I've been saying the past couple of years those of us if a certain age (over 50) are going to be saying goodbye to a lot of the musicians we grew up with. WotAGuy Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Loved Frey with the Eagles, but anyone who says they liked "The Heat is On" and "You Belong to the City" needs to rethink his/her musical tastes. I guess this applies to opinions in general, as well as opinions on musical taste:

\GoBillsInDallas/ Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I feel sorry for his loss, but he was such a prick in real life for trying to screw his ex-bandmates (especially Don Felder) out of their royalties.
bbb Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Loved Frey with the Eagles, but anyone who says they liked "The Heat is On" and "You Belong to the City" needs to rethink his/her musical tastes. I totally LOVE this solo song of his:
SactoBillFan Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Yup....here's one list I saw. I don't see Don Henley on that list. Just as much a part of the Eagles as Glenn Frey.
WotAGuy Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 How are Alice Cooper and Iggy Pop still under 70? They both have looked well past 90 for quite a while.....
Chef Jim Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 This is just getting out of hand. I think we need to just start a thread where we can add the famous rock star a day death. WTF?!?!? This one really hurts. http://waterfordwhispersnews.com/2016/01/20/rock-legend-animal-dies-aged-66/ Thanks Jack. Had to steal it.
ChevyVanMiller Posted January 21, 2016 Author Posted January 21, 2016 Great pic of Glenn and the rest of the Eagles receiving honorary Sabres jerseys when they played the arena back in July of last year.
