26CornerBlitz Posted January 19, 2016 Author Posted January 19, 2016 Patriots, Panthers early favorites in title games
stinky finger Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 (edited) Hate to say it, Pats CRUSH the Broncos. Palmer will crap his pants much like he did vs Packers. Only this time it will cost them the game. Hope I'm wrong on both counts. Edited January 19, 2016 by billsoverdue
DC Tom Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Tom Brady has an ugly record in Denver, here's how bad it is Bill Cowher talks AFC Championship game (1:59) Why? Is it that hard to cheat in the mountains?
26CornerBlitz Posted January 19, 2016 Author Posted January 19, 2016 Why? Is it that hard to cheat in the mountains? His monthly blood runs thinner at high altitude.
TheFunPolice Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 (edited) I'm happy the Patriots* are favored I wish they were 10 point favorites... I want Denver coming out surly and looking to hit people The only kroptonite there is for the evil empire is hearing how great they are everywhere they go. They thrive on "nobody gives us no respect!" If all they hear all week is how they cannot lose and how Denver has no chance it might help a little bit. Edited January 19, 2016 by TheFunPolice
GunnerBill Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Patriots by at least 14 over Denver. I think Denver might be one of the worst teams to make a Championship game in a long time. Cardinals to edge out Panthers in a high scorer.
Manther Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Go Broncos. Go Cardinals. Go not Pats**!! I just don't want to ask for too much that isn't important to me.
prissythecat Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 My gut tells me NE will win easily. The Phoenix/Carolina game should be good but I'll say Carolina wins. They came out against Seattle and looked unbeatable right from the beginning. The QB play in the NFC Championship game goes in Carolina's favor. How did Carolina play in second half of the game against Seattle? They couldn't stop Wilson and his receivers. They have holes in their secondary. Hardly unbeatable .

Bills Fan in MD Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 So out of the four starting QBs in the championship games, you have the probable MVP of the league, two guys who are almost certain to be in the top-5 of MVP voting, and Peyton Manning. I really hope that we've finally found our guy.

I really hope that we've finally found our guy. Great point. Also, look at the QBs who lost in the divisional round: Rodgers, Big Ben, Russell Wilson, and Alex Smith. Really underscores the importance of having a QB in today's NFL.

26CornerBlitz Posted January 19, 2016 Author Posted January 19, 2016 @RapSheet The #Patriots are placing LB Jerod Mayo on Injured Reserve, source said. His season is over.
CommonCents Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Ed Hoculi has been assigned to the AFC Championship game. The Broncos are 6-0 since 2008 in games he has called. Just some breadcrumbs for all of us Patriot hating folk.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 19, 2016 Author Posted January 19, 2016 @JamesPalmerTV Expectation is Chris Harris won't be able to use his hands as much vs Edelman at the line bc of his shoulder. Having to play off is trouble

GunnerBill Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 How did Carolina play in second half of the game against Seattle? They couldn't stop Wilson and his receivers. They have holes in their secondary. Hardly unbeatable . Stay away from Josh Norman and their secondary is not the best..... Roman Harper is a cast off from a bad defense in New Orleans for example.
