john_bult Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I used the Fanspeak Draft Simulator, and selected players. What do you think of the players selected and any changes? Round 1: Myles Jack, UCLA OLB Round 2: Adolphus Washington, Ohio State DT Round 3: Rashard Higgins, Colorado State WR Round 4: Daryl Worley, WVU CB Round 5: Max Redfield, Notre Dame Safety Round 6: Kevin Hogan, Stanford QB The Bills do not have a 7th Round Pick.

They should be picking a QB in round 2 or 3.
808 Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 myles jack scares me. he looks awesome in the little that he played. i just feel like his sample size isn't there as much of other. but he also might be amazing. i had the same fear about cam tho to be honest. wasn't sure what he would be. and now he's better than i ever thought he could be. They should be picking a QB in round 2 or 3. really depends on who is available there. if 3 go in the first then i wouldn't reach for one just to take one.

Like EJ? I hope the Bills memory isn't short.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Unless we can fix the OL thru free agency, we'd better do it early in the draft. It all starts up front and we have some big holes there, such as with Henderson, Urbik, and Kujo.
yungmack Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 A lot depends on how resigning goes. If Glenn and/or Incognito leave, then the Oline suddenly becomes the major concern.

Let's keep Nkemdiche away from those balconies though. Thomas, Murphy and Jones are all nice prospects. Would've liked to see a safety here for Ed Reed to groom.
KollegeStudnet Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Still dig OT Conklin from MSU. Doubt we resign Glenn.
Uffalo Ills Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Still dig OT Conklin from MSU. Doubt we resign Glenn. Why wouldn't we? It's hard to come by good LTs and we don't even have a good RT. That would mean we would need 2 OTs. I think we have to resign him, so we will get it done no matter what.
RK_BillsFan Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I honestly can't see us NOT resigning Glenn. Also I think the only thing I dislike about my drafts is I never seem To get around to a safety or cb. Really like that one guy that's 6'4'' and 225. Think he is ranked second. It's just where we pick there are some serious names. Obviously this could all change in FA.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Still dig OT Conklin from MSU. Doubt we resign Glenn. Why? I honestly can't see us NOT resigning Glenn. However, I enjoy them and think they're fun to talk about as well. That player you speak up is ALMOST what we saw from Manny Lawson towards the end of the season. I utility guy, like Arizona's Deone Buchanan, that can do it all. Rex's defense needs versatility within its ranks, something that was obviously lacking in 2015.
RK_BillsFan Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Just curious, if we were to not resign Glenn, who would you pick up in FA to replace him? We have no one in house, and no way we go into the season with 2 rookie OTs
YoloinOhio Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I like those players. Obviously things will depend on what happens in FA. I haven't watched enough notre Dame to know about Redfield but from a very simplistic viewpoint on his college - I like that he went to ND because we need an intelligent safety and that's a good sign at least.

Maury Ballstein Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Just looked at this. http://walterfootball.com/draft2016.php Has Myles Jack and Treadwell off the board by the 8th pick.

He'd be perfect in 2nd rd. Ed Reed would definitely mold this kid into a star.
