K-Apps Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I can't wait until Rex Ryan is gone, one Ryan is bad enough but two on the same stuff
FireChan Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Gotta say, Beerball, they started at the exact same time. Agree it woulda been better to merge 'em I had links and everything!
mellaman101 Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Doug is setting the plot for Dumb and Dumber 3 "When Rex hired Brother"
KD in CA Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Gotta say, Beerball, they started at the exact same time. Agree it woulda been better to merge 'em Beerball goes rogue so much he should be GM.
Beerball Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Beerball not merging threads is a clear abuse of power. I didn't think you'd want people to know you were first loser. My bad.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Alex Marvez Verified account @alexmarvez Source tells @NFLonFOX that Rob Ryan is joining @buffalobills defensive coaching staff working under/with his twin brother Rex. https://twitter.com/alexmarvez/status/686365390625222657 Any word on in what capacity? Ugh.
klos63 Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 SSIA Rob "too much salad for the bowl" Ryan he looks like any other Buffalo fan... fat!
Beerball Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Gotta say, Beerball, they started at the exact same time. Agree it woulda been better to merge 'em 2 minutes later based on the timestamp. (and I'm messing with FC a bit which I think he gets)
Kelly the Dog Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I'm not happy about this at all. That said, since I am an optimistic person, here is the glass half full viewpoint. If it doesn't work, the Bills will be either similar or worse on defense than last year and chances are Rex is fired and gone even sooner. If it does work or doesn't hurt and the Bills defense is substantially better I'm happy to be wrong.
FireChan Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I didn't think you'd want people to know you were first loser. My bad. This is a clear miscarriage of justice! YoloinOhio Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 (edited) As long as he's not DC I don't care whether he's on the staff or not. If he's helping to break down film or coaching LBs or something he's probably about right where he should be. Edited January 11, 2016 by YoloinOhio

Rico Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I'd really like to know who other than Rex thought this was a good idea. Terry? Kim? Whaley? Russ? Someone else had to sign off on this! Because honestly I see zero upside with this and only tension between the rest of the defensive coaching staff and the two Ryans. Please prove me wrong, Rex.
boyst Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I didn't think you'd want people to know you were first loser. My bad. why not? he was first loser in PPP Football...
/dev/null Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Not surprised at all And not totally opposed to the move. If (when) the Bills fail to make the playoffs in 2016 this is further justification to terminate Rex
QCity Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 We already have two defensive backs coaches -- hey, let's try two defensive line coaches!
