ExWNYer Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 My brother-in-law is a diehard Vikes fan, born & raised in North Dakota. I really feel for him. What a family of winners we are...a combined 0-8 in Super Bowls.
Rubes Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 It was sideways though, not the tilt. Yep, I know. That's what I meant.

ExWNYer Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 builds character and mental toughness. Gulp. We're mental all right. Just look at this board.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Yep, I know. That's what I meant. Kickers like the ball on an angle away? Like leaning tower of Pisa? I thought they like it a little angled toward them.
Rubes Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Kickers like the ball on an angle away? Like leaning tower of Pisa? I thought they like it a little angled toward them. Oh I see, I thought you were referring to just having the ball straight up and down, not slanted to one side or the other. I was just saying kickers often like it slanted, I wasn't referring to a slant in one direction or another.
KD in CA Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 yep he got the yips and rushed it That's what I saw too. The exact opposite of Pittsburgh's kicker last night.

It looked to me like it was on an angle away about an inch or more. Like cockeyed.
YoloinOhio Posted January 10, 2016 Author Posted January 10, 2016 Oh my @edwerderespn #Vikings PK Blair Walsh: "Wait, I scored all of our points, and you guys are blaming me for this?"
Rubes Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Oh my @edwerderespn #Vikings PK Blair Walsh: "Wait, I scored all of our points, and you guys are blaming me for this?" He didn't...really?
EmotionallyUnstable Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Oh my @edwerderespn #Vikings PK Blair Walsh: "Wait, I scored all of our points, and you guys are blaming me for this?" Wow lol
Talley56 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 You could make an argument that the Vikings are the most hexed team in football. Lost 4 Super Bowls, 99 and 10 NFC championship games, and now this.
DC Tom Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Oh my @edwerderespn #Vikings PK Blair Walsh: "Wait, I scored all of our points, and you guys are blaming me for this?" He's got a good point.

Rubes Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 He's got a good point. Just not the winning point.
starrymessenger Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 I'd be surprised if he made it out of the lockerroom alive.
3rdand12 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Just not the winning point. aww thats killing it Rubes
KD in CA Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 I'd be surprised if he made it out of the lockerroom alive. He was 3 out of 4; better than anyone else on the Vikes whose job was to score points.
