Codyny13 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Jones isn't that type of person anymore. I understand that he's cleaned up his act quite a bit but we're still talking about a dude who's beat up strippers, been connected with shootings and cocaine trafficking amongst many other things. I'm not gonna pretend dude is a choir boy now and can't lose his temper. He f'd up, I'm sure he was provoked, someone always is, you just gotta be smarter then that, he wasn't. They lost
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Dion is a moron. Burfict knew exactly what he was doing. This. Did you see burfict trying to explain it to Marvin Lewis? Looked like he was saying that it was clean because he hit him with his shoulder. Too bad that's not the rule.
bisonbrigade Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 (edited) Shaziers hit on Bernard and celebration at mid field a "good play", Burficts hit on Brown and Jones complaining about it is PF for 30 yards, and the NFL is not fixed. Edited January 10, 2016 by bisonbrigade
26CornerBlitz Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Warning: Offensive Language! @REALPACMAN24 This BS , so coaching come stand on the field and talk **** !! Not even a head coach https://www.instagram.com/p/BAWK0zgEjmb/
starrymessenger Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Dion is a moron. Burfict knew exactly what he was doing. Dont disagree. I doubt Vontaze ever knows what hes doing. But Dion has a point. Looking at it in slow mo it was a glancing blow and it can be argued that he was actually turning away. If he really wanted to permanently disable Brown he certainly could have.
bisonbrigade Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Burfict and Pacman are the kind of players who will cost you a game sooner or later. High risk, high reward. I'd cut both of them tomorrow. If they cut them I hope the Bills sign them. Only an idiot would cut talent over a BS call.
TheFunPolice Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 I can't imagine the pain, frustration and anger Bengals fans are feeling right now. It's one thing to lose but this one had it all. #1 a huge comeback with your backup QB #2 a score to take the lead inside of 2 min #3 a game winning INT (or so they thought) #4 a heartbreaking fumble. #5 then a total and complete meltdown where you just give the game away. 6 years in a row of great seasons only to lose 1st game. But now you know you had this one and literally gave it away.
LabattBlue Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 If they cut them I hope the Bills sign them. Only an idiot would cut talent over a BS call. He hit him in the head. BS call? They knew of all the red flags with Burfict coming out of college. Now he cost them a win in the playoffs.
BADOLBILZ Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Jones isn't that type of person anymore. He's still dumb.........which was actually always his biggest problem. His rainmaking incident resulted in a man being killed.........because he was dumb.......not because he intended to kill anybody.

TheFunPolice Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 And your team will be the #1 topic on sports radio Monday. Jim Rome will get a whole day put of this game
Beerball Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 He should not be in the other team's huddle. That should have been a 2nd personal foul against a Steelers coach in that game He wasn't. Go back and watch again if it means that much to you. He was walking towards the Steeler sidelines. When Burfect reached over another Bengal and slapped Brown on the shoulder a few times. My guess is that he also had a few things to say. I suppose you could call it a Bengals huddle if by that you mean Porter was surrounded (he's not blameless, just less blame to me than towards Cincy).
B-Man Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 He's a coach. Coaches often go on the field when a player is injured. He got bumped from behind and I'm pretty sure he (and the refs) heard some things that should not have been said. Cincy deserved this loss like no team I can think of. The linebacker coach did NOTneed to come out on the field to check on an injured wide reciever. Porter was only out there to cause problems and a competent NFL referee crew should have recognized that! .
TheFunPolice Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 No comparison. Jets lost a football game on the road to a division rival. Sucks but no shame in that. This loss was due to dirty play and ugly loss of composure.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 @KimJonesSports CIN Vontaze Burflict leaves locker & says "dumbass f---ing questions."
Beerball Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Shaziers hit on Bernard and celebration at mid field a "good play", Burficts hit on Brown and Jones complaining about it is PF for 30 yards, and the NFL is not fixed. You have a vivid imagiation. Shazier did behave classlessly after the fumble.
Big Turk Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 And your team will be the #1 topic on sports radio Monday. Jim Rome will get a whole day put of this game Jim Rome was already fiending for this game on Friday and talking about how badly he wanted this matchup...he is going to be going crazy Monday over it...

They are both bad actors.
John in Jax Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 ESPN had on a long time former NFL ref, and he agreed that the Shaziers hit should have been flagged, meaning, of course that the Bungles would have retained the ball. What's most amazing is that the 2 Stooges calling the game never even mentioned the spearing hit, nor did Mike Carey, their former Ref.
TheFunPolice Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 Bengals would have lost to NE* by 30 so I'm fine with it. The refs would throw a flag on every play to protect the golden boy Brady
