Jones isn't that type of person anymore.

I understand that he's cleaned up his act quite a bit but we're still talking about a dude who's beat up strippers, been connected with shootings and cocaine trafficking amongst many other things. I'm not gonna pretend dude is a choir boy now and can't lose his temper. He f'd up, I'm sure he was provoked, someone always is, you just gotta be smarter then that, he wasn't. They lost

Dion is a moron. Burfict knew exactly what he was doing.

Dont disagree. I doubt Vontaze ever knows what hes doing.

But Dion has a point. Looking at it in slow mo it was a glancing blow and it can be argued that he was actually turning away.

If he really wanted to permanently disable Brown he certainly could have.

I can't imagine the pain, frustration and anger Bengals fans are feeling right now.

It's one thing to lose but this one had it all.

#1 a huge comeback with your backup QB

#2 a score to take the lead inside of 2 min

#3 a game winning INT (or so they thought)

#4 a heartbreaking fumble.

#5 then a total and complete meltdown where you just give the game away.

6 years in a row of great seasons only to lose 1st game.

But now you know you had this one and literally gave it away.

I guess the Bengals fans can hang out and get drunk with the Jets fans. LOL

He should not be in the other team's huddle. That should have been a 2nd personal foul against a Steelers coach in that game

He wasn't. Go back and watch again if it means that much to you. He was walking towards the Steeler sidelines. When Burfect reached over another Bengal and slapped Brown on the shoulder a few times. My guess is that he also had a few things to say. I suppose you could call it a Bengals huddle if by that you mean Porter was surrounded (he's not blameless, just less blame to me than towards Cincy).

He's a coach. Coaches often go on the field when a player is injured. He got bumped from behind and I'm pretty sure he (and the refs) heard some things that should not have been said. Cincy deserved this loss like no team I can think of.

The linebacker coach did NOTneed to come out on the field to check on an injured wide reciever.

Porter was only out there to cause problems and a competent NFL referee crew should have recognized that!

Shaziers hit on Bernard and celebration at mid field a "good play", Burficts hit on Brown and Jones complaining about it is PF for 30 yards, and the NFL is not fixed. :bag:

 You have a vivid imagiation.

Shazier did behave classlessly after the fumble.

And your team will be the #1 topic on sports radio Monday.

Jim Rome will get a whole day put of this game

Jim Rome was already fiending for this game on Friday and talking about how badly he wanted this matchup...he is going to be going crazy Monday over it...

If Vontaze does not get the benefit of any doubt neither should Peezy.

They are both bad actors.

ESPN had on a long time former NFL ref, and he agreed that the Shaziers hit should have been flagged, meaning, of course that the Bungles would have retained the ball. What's most amazing is that the 2 Stooges calling the game never even mentioned the spearing hit, nor did Mike Carey, their former Ref.
