stevestojan
Did you guys actually see Weedon play this season? I mean come on, the guy was cut in Dallas with Cassel taking his roster spot. Matt FN Cassel!! What does that tell you? @AroundTheNFL Jeremy Maclin suffers ACL injury in Chiefs' win, per @RapSheet. Chiefs holding out hope it's not torn http://at.nfl.com/AxATmsx You're right. I didn't see him play. I know this is an overused phrase but it literally couldn't have been worse.
YoloinOhio
Patsies get lucky - doubt he plays. But good news for KC in the long run @adamschefter MRI showed Chiefs WR Jeremy Maclin did NOT tear his ACL, per source. He did suffer a high ankle sprain. Status for Saturday at NE uncertain. KD in CA
In a statement of the obvious, the Texans' owner offers this; Texans owner on No. 1 offseason priority: Finding a franchise QB Houston really screwed the pooch in 2014. Despite the red flags they just couldn't get away from the 'he might be the next Bruce Smith so we have to pick Clowney' mentality. Ironic considering they were smart enough to avoid that very same fate a decade ago when they took Mario over Young.
FLFan
In a statement of the obvious, the Texans' owner offers this; Texans owner on No. 1 offseason priority: Finding a franchise QB Well, good luck with that. I hear Sam Bradford is available. Perhaps even Ryan Fitzpatrick. It would have taken real guts to pass up Clowney for Blake Bortles at first overall, but they are probably wishing they had now.
