I would think you'd have to break them up into different categories though: one for original drama, one for comedy... probably one for Adaptation though I imagine they'd all be Thrones characters. Off the top of my head here would be mine: Original Drama Mt. Rushmore Tony Soprano Walter White Al Swearengen Fox Mulder (yeah, I did that over Omar, Bauer, and Draper) Comedy Mt. Whoa Jerry is great, but he never anything but himself. As a standup, he'd make the list absolutely. As a character on the sitcom? Not so much. I think that has to go to George, Kramer and Elaine before Jerry. I was never a huge Mad Men fan so that's why I didn't include Draper. Mulder -- though X-Files is dated -- had a bigger cultural impact than Draper had. I'd argue White was a more fleshed out character than DD but again, I am a bigger fan of Breaking Bad than I was of Mad Men so I'm biased.
