Blokestradamus Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I would love Bryant as a #2 on this team and a 4th rd pick is great value for his production as its been in the 'Burgh. However there was a high drop rate percentage I believe attached to him and his pro day was awful, plus he had character flags which have come to fruition in the NFL. Still wish he had been taken in 4th but just some possible reasons as to why he wasn't taken higher by anyone. Absolutely loved his potential. One of the few 'project' players that I've ever been completely adamant about. Would've taken him in the 2nd and not flinched.

I agree that most coaches tend to play the odds a bit too cautiously at times, especially when they don't have a great QB at the helm (most don't, after all), but I don't know if you just throw deep one out of six downs just for the sake of throwing it deep, either. Circumstances should dictate. GO BILLLS!!!
