stevestojan Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 A friend forwarded this to me, just makes you stop and think for a moment. Received a letter from a friend who recently experienced the wrath of Mother nature, we should all give thanks for what we have. Nervous Guy Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 this makes me wish for that star rating system we used to have.

The Tomcat Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 Did people survive?????....Believe it or not, I've had this happen to me! I thought it was funny......good job...made me laugh
Just Jack Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 In my younger days (last week) we didn't need no goverment assistance to get back on our feet. No sir. We'd get the neighborhood together and get everything fixed back up the way it was. Then we'd have a beer and talked about how we survived Death Storm 2005.
IndyMark Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 Geez, that must have been a breeze like no other - I cannot even imagine trying to finish mowing the yard with drizzle like that pelting me in the face and shoulders. The amount of shear force winds to tip over a lawn chair like that probably cannot even be measured. Hurricane smurficane.....now that is a storm. I am lucky alright. Really really lucky.
Mike in Syracuse Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 Thank God he wasn't in that when it fell over. He could had been pinned for several seconds at least.
