strive_for_five_guy Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Well if we retain Rex for next season, is Hard Knocks on the horizon for us?

26CornerBlitz Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Eight teams open to mandatory 'Hard Knocks' stage As the coaching carousel spins, let's focus on the important stuff. Like, who will star on the next season of Hard Knocks? Eight teams are eligible for the popular HBO documentary. I hope they select one of the teams that wants to move to LA. YoloinOhio Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Once again I hope the Bills do it. The track record of teams that do it and end up in the playoffs is quite good. I mean, it's not like we shouldn't try something different. Plus SJF is great. Edited January 5, 2016 by YoloinOhio
billieve420 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 What is the worst that can happen we don't make the playoffs. Maybe that will motivate players more to work harder so they don't get embarassed on TV. Although from a team perspective there is no upside. As a fan I would like to see the workings of the Bills and wouldn't mind if they were forced into it.
YoloinOhio Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Is appearing on Hard Knocks really a distraction? 4 of last 6 teams to appear have made the playoffs. Edited January 5, 2016 by YoloinOhio

QuoteTheRaven83 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Ughhhhh... We're one of 8 teams being considered to be on the show. Bills, Jags, Raiders, Bears, Chargers, Saints, Bucs, and the Rams are being considered for the show. Let's pray to god that we don't go there. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000617512/article/eight-teams-open-to-mandatory-hard-knocks-stage
Maury Ballstein Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Uggg what. Hour clips > 5 min clips on BB.com.
Dr. Fong Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I hope it's the Raiders. I'd love to see coverage of Mark Davis traveling 500 miles for one of his haircuts.
VanCity Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I'd watch, but it's not a blessing fir a Rex led squad. This team doesn't need the distraction.
Captain Hindsight Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I'd watch, but it's not a blessing fir a Rex led squad. This team doesn't need the distraction. Yeah because we have achieved so much by being under the radar
DanInUticaTampa Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 we can probably add the colts to the list now too
Buffalo_Stampede Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I'd watch, but it's not a blessing fir a Rex led squad. This team doesn't need the distraction. His best season when the Jets were on Hard Knocks. So ...
metzelaars_lives Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Oh God if there's one thing that bothers me more than anything it's when people on this website insist they don't want the Bills on Hard Knocks. Yeah JJ Watt's game was really affected by the "distraction." Hard Knocks is like porn for football fans. Seeing the Bills on Hard Knocks would be unbelievable. "I guess I'd watch?" Sure buddy.
YoloinOhio Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Once again - please do it, Bills. Don't see how it's a distraction. Four of last 6 teams to do show made playoffs, including a Rex team. Edited January 5, 2016 by YoloinOhio

I'm betting trying to organize a team for training camp in a new city (Los Angeles) is a more compelling story for the NFL.
