26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 @viccarucci Richie Incognito says he's a "Buffalo guy" & wants to stay w #Bills. New blog: http://bit.ly/1Z2lXPU
Beerball Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Awesome sauceHey, I only know one person who says that.......Julie?!?!?!?
metzelaars_lives Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 No way. This guy was insensitive to Jonathan Martin. Incognito had a great year, he deserved another shot somewhere, he seems to have matured a bit, the Bills should re-sign him. He was much more than "insensitive" to Jonathan Martin. While Jonathan Martin appears to have been sensitive himself, that is no way to treat a teammate and cannot possibly be good for a locker room. Which it clearly wasn't. Two concepts that are not mutually exclusive.

Kirby Jackson Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) Ah - found it @mmehtaNYDN Prediction: Jets 27, Bills 17. And it won't be that close. LOCK. IT. UP. Jets are going to the playoffs. #nyj Does this mean we get to relentlessly troll him on twitter? One of my favorite things to do is to troll opposing beat writers after a Bills win. That's boring.

nucci Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Can Buffalo begin working on signing these guys immediately? Yes
Kirby Jackson Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 he might not be as fun to troll as someone like Omar Kelly, because he already came out and owned it. That's boring. Omar Kelly is the best. He is so delusional and a whiny baby. Those A-Holes in New England (ie Zolack) would be great to attack if we ever beat them.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 @BuffaloWins PFF had Incognito ranked as the 4th best guard in the NFL. The top 10 guards salary cap hit this past year was 6-8.5 million a year

K D Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 That's nice but he ain't playing for free or giving any discounts. He's going to want to be paid like a top Guard, which he is, but how many other teams are going to want to give that much money to a 33 yr old with a past? He's not going to get as much as he wants and could hit free agency
Nihilarian Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Its great he wants to stay in Buffalo and Whaley says it's a priority to sign him. But will the Bills pony up the enough money to keep him? There is that old stigma from Buddy Nix that OG's are a dime a dozen and that any OT can play OG.

Just like that experiment to play Pears at RG worked out so well. Whaley knows better after seeing the show in 2014 at both Guard spots.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 @TyDunne New at the BN Blog: Eric Wood: 'Very important' for #Bills to re-sign Incognito, Glenn ... http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/01/04/eric-wood/
bbb Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 How did he get so good this year? His first time around, he was a fan favorite because of his enthusiasm, but I don't remember him playing all that well, and then he was let go.

Good for him. Still with his age and rep, I won't give him too long of deal.
