drinkTHEkoolaid
Who paid for the OT in St Louis, Baltimore, and Cleveland?Don't forget the occupy idiots. We know there was police there because their cars were being shat upon. Even though they weren't very effective at stopping the rapes, vandalism looting and arsons. Or minneapolis, Louisville, fergeuson, Oakland.... but who's counting those protesters are justified. It would be a microagression to insinuate that we should be billing those protesters(militant and violent criminals) Edited January 21, 2016 by drinkTHEkoolaid
Dante
Actually back to the Native American tribe in that area that has been patiently working through the court system to get their land back. For some reason they think that if they mounted an armed occupation, they'd be shot. What, some nomadic tribe lived there for 20 years after moving from Idaho? What tribe did they slaughter to gain control? Edited January 21, 2016 by Dante
blzrul
What, some nomadic tribe lived there for 20 years after moving from Idaho? What tribe did they slaughter to gain control? Uh, actually no, the govt created a reservation for the Paiute Indians back in the 1800's. But of course the fine, white, citizens of America didn't care and settled right on that land, bit by bit, until the Paiute were finally, forcibly removed. As I said, they are patiently working through the courts to get the United States Government to honor its agreement. http://www.tennessean.com/story/opinion/contributors/2016/01/18/occupied-oregon-land-still-belongs-paiute-tribe/78867096/
B-Man
Oregon governor frustrated with armed protesters occupation at wildlife refuge Oregon Gov. Kate Brown has had enough. Brown publicly vented her frustration Wednesday with the armed group of protesters who've taken over a federal wildlife refuge in Harney County, in the southeastern corner of her state. But she's also fed up with federal officials' response to the occupation and urged them to put an end to it. "The residents of Harney County have been overlooked and underserved by federal officials' response thus far," Brown said during a news conference. "This spectacle of lawlessness must end. And until Harney County is free of it I will not stop insisting that federal officials enforce the law." (Excerpt) Read more at reviewjournal.com ... Double Jeopardy on the other hand, she sees no problem with. Lets see.......‘... and urged them to put an end to it.’ Lets not mince words. She wants federal LE to use force of arms against them, that will really help the situation, won't it ? Would she be frustrated if they were not armed ? See how the narrative about the 2nd Amendment changes things! “The residents of Harney County have been overlooked and underserved by federal officials’ response thus far,” Fun Fact: Harney County population is less than 1 person per square mile. . One of the tribes tried that with Grand Island about 20 years ago. It got thrown out based on the legal precedent of "Treaty? What treaty?" Always thought that was too bad. I thought it would be fun to watch them evict everyone on Grand Island, then turn Fantasy Island in to a casino.

GG
ALOL... You expect the Federal government to honor it's agreements? She expects the Fed govt to honor agreements when it comes to treaties she supports, but not when it comes to court judgments that she doesn't support. Get with the program. I've been meaning to mention to you that your sorta new avatar, when viewed through periphery vision, makes me think I'm reading a TYTT post.
