Beerball Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 and he should be fired you guys assume I know what’s going on. I have no idea."
26CornerBlitz Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 You don't ever have to worry about him being an NFL HC.
Mr. WEO Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 You don't ever have to worry about him being an NFL HC. Rex disagrees with you... . "I think all through this process you’re seeing coaches get opportunities to be a head coach. Dennis Thurman will be at the top of the list in a very short time."
Chilly Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Just wow. I've thought Dennis Thurman was a big part of the problem this year and still do. As a coordinator on the side of the ball that the Head Coach is involved in, he's responsible for teaching and implementing the game plans that Rex designs. The players have been confused all year and a big part of that has to be Thurman's coaching. I hope Rex recognizes that he needs a better DC and replaces him. This interview inspires no confidence at all.
RealityCheck Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 It sounds to me like a dice game is being played in that booth to call the plays. Perhaps a magic 8-ball?
vincec Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Dick Jauron: "It's hard to win in the NFL" Chan Gailey: "If I knew what the problem was I'd fix it. I don't know what the problem is." Dennis Thurman: "You guys assume I know what's going on. I have no idea." Who is the winner?

I think he's as dumb as he sounds. Nice guy, but not sharp.
dpberr Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 He's a little defensive. He'd be the first guy I fire at 12:01 Monday.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 and he should be fired what the what!?
vincec Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 He's a little defensive. He'd be the first guy I fire at 12:01 Monday. He really should be the first. He gives the impression of being totally clueless and redundant. Other than that he's fine.

Beerball Posted January 2, 2016 Author Posted January 2, 2016 He's a little defensive. If only his defense was too.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 It sounds to me like a dice game is being played in that booth to call the plays. Perhaps a magic 8-ball? that would be more effective

John from Riverside Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) Oh boy I mean the crit is legit......there is all kinds of talk of confusion on defense.....he is the DC (even if he is Rex puppet in this regard) He has to answer this question.....and the fact that he cannot speaks loads Edited January 2, 2016 by John from Hemet
