Rico Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 If we manage to land Big Ben instead of Losman in 04 Donahue could still be in Buffalo. Also if Drew doesn't sh$% the bed against the 3rd-string Steelers. Bills making the playoffs could've changed everything.
YoloinOhio Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 (edited) He's already making calls about the QB at Tulane wondering what it would take Edited December 30, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I was a big fan of donahoe. He had some great pickups and drafts here. His problem was choosing greggo as coach.

DDD Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 (edited) Just announced: Tom Modrak will be running the 2016 Philadelphia draft from his single-floor ranch in Sarasota. And John Guy will endorse the free agent signing of OT Jonathan Martin and WR Justin Blackmon. I was a big fan of donahoe. He had some great pickups and drafts here. His problem was choosing greggo as coach. Worst move: letting Pat Williams leave via FA when he wanted to remain a Bill. That move crippled the franchise for years. Best move: signing Brian Moorman. Don't laugh- great punter and person who made the pro-bowl Edited December 30, 2015 by DDD
sullim4 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I was a big fan of donahoe. He had some great pickups and drafts here. His problem was choosing greggo as coach. Mularkey was no picnic either. I will never forget Son of Satan discussing the ban on negative signs being brought into the stadium on his radio show... even Ralph thought that policy was nutso and Donahoe's ridiculous behavior towards fans was a big reason why Ralph took the Team President title back after he left.
Marv's Neighbor Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 He must have snuck out of the "home" again!
CardinalScotts Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 probably the one who had Lurie's ear...I dont trust TD
White Linen Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I could see Todd Haley or Josh McDaniels getting the head coaching job.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 More changes ahead? Chip Kelly's firing calls into question the future of hand-picked Eagles acquisitions such as Sam Bradford, DeMarco Murray and Byron Maxwell. What does the future hold for the high-dollar trio? Howie Roseman is back running the Eagles.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 His first official action was to order any Eagle fan that boos to be kicked out of the stadium. NO BANNERS CRITICAL OF THE SON OF SATAN SHALL BE TOLERATED
machine gun kelly Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Well at least we can hand the batton off of a 16 year playoff drought to another team. Have fun Philly.
K D Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Man you have to feel bad for the Eagles fans. Chip really destroyed that team and now they are going in this direction. Maybe he will get Mularkey to coach if Chip goes to Tennessee
FLFan Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I don't think Sr. director of player personnel is hiring the next coach.... sounds like he's got as much stroke as Whaley here. Less. Kelly was the GM. His VP of player personnel was fired along with him. Donahue is simply being given that guys responsibilities, for now. He did not get the VP title nor is he now "running the Eagles".
Best Player Available Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 26-21 as head coach. Who here wouldn't do back flips if the Ryan clown train could come close to that?
Bill from NYC Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Where are the RBs with major knee injuries? :) I don't know. Maybe they are hanging around with the 350 lb. left tackles with a chronic ankle injury!
tombstone56 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 gees don't people ever learn?? he will likely draft a one-legged running back, a corner that has a eye problem or maybe a defensive end with a bad foot.. ,if not maybe he will trade a arthritic linebacker to us? ..oh excuse me ,,that's what he did here, I forgot... NOT!!
dpberr Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I was a big fan of donahoe. He had some great pickups and drafts here. His problem was choosing greggo as coach. I agree for the most part. The Bills have been flummoxed by the coach pick for a while and he wasn't immune to it. Thought he had some impressive free agency wins early on with Bledsoe, Spikes, Fletcher, Adams, Milloy and Vincent. His teams had talent but terrible coaching. Isn't he responsible for those terrible uniforms of that era too?
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 (edited) I was a big fan of donahoe. He had some great pickups and drafts here. His problem was choosing greggo as coach. Looking at his drafts, there are some impact players here and there. The trade up for losman was a huge mistake. I remember really wanting to trade to 9 for Big Ben. He just looked like a quarterback, and losman never did. Edited December 30, 2015 by dneveu
