Solomon Grundy Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Marrone would listen to WGR on the way from his house in Williamsville to the stadium every morning. No wonder he was such a miserable SOB after a while. I thought Marrone bought a house on Lebrun in Amherst? Here's to hoping Marrone gets the Dolphins.
NoSaint Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 i can't see Marrone being able to handle the Philly media. More importantly they are coming off personality and control issues
TheFunPolice Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I thought Marrone bought a house on Lebrun in Amherst? Here's to hoping Marrone gets the Dolphins. Same idea... I think it was Donahoe's house

No wonder he was such a miserable SOB after a while. Talk about torturing yourself. I can barely stand WGR as a fan. I could only imagine if you were a coach or player. You probably want to punch those geeks every time you saw them. But Marrone should have just listened to Pandora or something.

He did fair having Pettine then Schwartz as DCs. If Brown's players want a players coach, Lovie Smith would be a good choice. Edited January 7, 2016 by ALF

They are going to gut that roster and it is a multi-year rebuild.

C.Biscuit97 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Doesn't have to be a total rebuild since they already have their Franchise QB on the roster. Manziel and Marrone sounds like a match made in heaven.
YoloinOhio Posted January 7, 2016 Author Posted January 7, 2016 Manziel and Marrone sounds like a match made in heaven.Marrone: "You don't have to be on this team! Roaaaar!"Manziel: "Seriously? Sweet. Peace out, man."
3rdand12 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Marrone gets it and they offer the bank to Pettine to suck it up and run the Defense with a free hand. Like old times. yep. Marrone wont be in Cleveland next year either
YoloinOhio Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 @marykaycabot Source tells me former #Lions head coach Jim Schwartz is on #Browns list of head coaching candidates. Personnel guy under Belichick here

I'm hearing that teams, including the Browns, have been wary of Marrone due to how he left Buffalo and that he's been asked about that situation by the teams he's talked to about a HC job. It's definitely been an obstacle.

If true it makes me happy. Teams should question an arrogant quitter about a situation that hardly looked hopeless.
