I think Mike Golic has admitted he used PEDs to come back from a knee injury and that he believes certain PEDs should be legal for athletes recovering from major surgery. I agree... in principle. Using HGH to speed a recovery is a different animal from using it when otherwise healthy to improve performance. I say "in principle" because the problem is in policing that. Pretty soon everyone has some kind of injury that would benefit from an HGH regimen ...
