truth on hold Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Disgraceful, stuff like this is why I reserve the position of "innocent until proven guilty" on allegations against NFL football players. DENVER Denver man convicted of rape after a woman says his face appeared to her in a dream walked free Tuesday following more than a quarter-century in prison for an attack he denies committing and to which another man confessed. http://nypost.com/2015/12/22/man-freed-after-decades-in-prison-for-rape-someone-else-confessed-to/
unbillievable Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 She has a right to be believed. There is no proof that he is innocent.
Azalin Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 She has a right to be believed. There is no proof that he is innocent. Proof of innocence is not required. The burden of proof is always on the state. Seeing a man's face "in a dream" should never be sufficient enough evidence to put someone away like that.

Azalin Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 IRS I was thinking about that as I typed my reply earlier.
