VirginiaMike Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Jim Schwartz is available. Remember the players carried him off the field after one game. I am surprised the players haven't dragged Thurman off the field by his feet. The players will carry Thurman off the field after the last game. Of course they are are carrying him because they are looking for a dumpster to drop him in on the way.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Thank you for helping me forget about Danny Crossman.
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Second best Thurman in team history.
Go Bills!!! Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 What did we expect? Rex brought his whole Jets Defensive coaching group. They sucked last year and now we suck this year! I was stupid to hope Rex was gonna keep Schwartz when he came here!

I was stupid to hope Rex was gonna keep Schwartz when he came here! I was stupid to somehow think Rex was gonna be an improvement over Scwhartz.
PromoTheRobot Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Who the @#&! is Dennis Thurman? The "Nate Hackett" of the Rex era.
BUNCH OF MULARKEY Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Thank you Dennis for looking so damn smooth on the sideline with your Ray-Bans and tight blue velvet coat. Also thank you for keeping your step-son Boobie on the payroll for the holidays.
DDD Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Isn't Thurman really just a figurehead for Rex?
BringBackFergy Posted December 21, 2015 Author Posted December 21, 2015 Isn't Thurman really just a figurehead for Rex? Yes, that's why we appreciate him so much. The last time Dennis called a defensive formation was when his son played Pee Wee's for the Local Carpenter's 424 in Cleveland in 1998....and the other team scored on a 83 yd pass over the middle.
Bob in STL Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Isn't Thurman really just a figurehead for Rex? Yes. He is there to let Rex run the defense. The good news is that Rex will stick by him so if you want to get rid of Rex just start firing his key people. He'll quit the game.
TPS Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I have to go against the grain, I still enjoy his interviews.
Best Player Available Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 This is a nice gesture. if it comes too it. Enjoy your paid time off Dennis. Too bad the 'stache wasn't given the same................appreciation

Just in Atlanta Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Thanks for serving as the sacrificial lamb on Monday, Jan. 4, when you're fired for implementing Rex's inept defensive schemes.
Pete Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 nice gameplan yesterday. You really rattled Cousins with all that pressure
enlightener Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Question for dennis- where does rex ryan attach the air pump to blow you up before every game?
