unbillievable Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 That building will have to sway by design. It will be like living in a house boat.
Beef Jerky Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 As long as I don't have to pay $14 million dollars....
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Ehh if I had 14 million I would rather buy a kick ass ranch or estate instead out in the country.

Just Jack Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Saw it today, it's already under construction. Our tour guide said the penthouse was sold for $100 million.
Chef Jim Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 That building will have to sway by design. It will be like living in a house boat. I managed the café in the AON Center in LA. I think I was on the 5th floor. I knew when it was windy outside because I could hear the building creak. The building had a conference room on the top (60th floor) and I remember setting up a meeting there one morning and I was above the fog that blanketed the city. It was the coolest thing. Too bad there were no smart phones otherwise I would have gotten a picture of it. And yes children there was a time when we all didn't carry a camera in our pockets.
Best Player Available Posted December 17, 2015 Posted December 17, 2015 The building sketch itself is fugly! Nothing more than a look at me condo. What ever happened to the concept of design?
