Chef Jim Posted December 12, 2015 Share Posted December 12, 2015 Cooked for him twice. First time he parked his Rolls right outside the kitchen. Very cool checking it out. The second time was at Nicky Blair's on Sunset. The order comes in and I was about to call it out and Nicky says "let me see that. Oh no let's do this and this for him" I asked Nicky if he was sure. I didn't think changing his order was a good idea but it was his restaurant. Well Nicky comes in the kitchen later in the night with a look on his face like someone stole his puppy.
