Protocal69 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 https://twitter.com/turk0219/status/674699955953643521 Classic. Herm has to realize now that as a member of the media and society he is now part of the problem and not the solution.
r00tabaga Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 He's an idiot. Just saw it too. Was never a fan.
Kelly the Dog Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 What an **** Herm Edwards comes across as. I guess he missed the three times Shady said its not about me. I just want to win. I don't want to get too hyped up and hurt my teammates. I don't care about the statistics.
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Yikes.... Kind of agree with him. At least about the media blowing everything up
Bills Fan in MD Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Not a huge fan of the "holier than thou" moralizing from ex-coaches.
What a Tuel Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I like how they try to blame Rex too. It's a huge setup and its annoying. Let's stick a mic in a guys face and ask him the same question over and over again until you get a sound byte, blow up the sound byte on national media into a type of problem that the coach won't address. Manufactured outrage.
Maury Ballstein Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 At least he didn't say Murray > McCoy like my man jtsp.
The Big Cat Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Herm has always been an ineffectual wind bag.
YoloinOhio Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I like how they try to blame Rex too. It's a huge setup and its annoying. Manufactured outrage. reporters want access and then complain when all they get is bland, canned cliche responses from players. Then they get honesty, and that's just too outrageous.
LA Grant Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 He's a nutcase. He was when he was a coach and looks like he still is. His outburst and role in the media is way more of "a distraction from the game" than anything McCoy said.
truth on hold Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 (edited) Herm has always been an ineffectual wind bag. when your last 2 seasons as HC you go 4 & 12, 2 & 14.... you want a muzzle on your players Edited December 10, 2015 by JTSP
Rob's House Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I thought he was a little over the top, and I personally think the whole "put the team first" line is bull ****, but I doubt the reactions would be as negative if Mccoy weren't a Bill.
