Biggest worries on offense and defense for Eagles game

Offense - containing Fletcher Cox. They will need to give him the JJ Watt treatment. He's a first team all pro.

He has 35 QB hurries since Week 7. By comparison, J.J. Watt has 10 during that span.

He had 14 alone vs Pats on Sunday.

He is a great player and their front 4 is among the best in the league. The OL did a great job last week but they will need a similar game plan and effort this week.

Defense - the substitutions/tempo. Eagles run a very fast paced offense. They will try to take advantage of the Bills defense always trying to get set up, etc. We have seen two teams do this already and score TDs in the process. I would be shocked if Chip doesn't do it too. Our defense could also get really tired and we are thin in depth and rotation ability.

In a word, Rex.

The disturbing trend that his teams can't/don't win more than 2 games in a row. This rightfully gets placed at the HC's feet -and somewhat to his credit, he owns it. So CHANGE it already!

What slight chance may still remain for Post-Season play this season lies in the balance of him & his staff ridding themselves of this glaring issue.

Offense - working Philly's back 7. They don't cover well, and we need to exploit it early and often. We haven't come out spread and throwing yet.

Defense - passes to targets out of the backfield. We've consistently failed to stop them against everyone.

Biggest overall worry - special teams. Sproles can kill you on kick returns; punt the ball out of bounds every chance you get.

Well, we won this past week so we're losing next week...

Just like when we beat Miami and had to play on the short week against the Jets.

Wait...

The bills defense has been better with defending the RB screens lately. They seemed to have worked on that. Whaley made it sound like Bradham could possibly play so I'm hoping. Steward possibly too. Pray!

@ChrisBrownBills: Nigel Bradham says he'll test his ankle Wednesday. Hoping to return Sunday, but has to see how ankle holds up first. #Bills
