Trump Alone at the Top

Recommended Posts

It does. It tells me that there are many millions of wild raving morons in this nation.

I'm not here to defend Hillary or grind any ideological ax, but there is no comparison to Trump. He's a !@#$ing joke! This whole bizarre extended episode of mass delusion will be looked back upon in embarrassment.

One of them exposed our national security to our greatest enemies in gross violation of her oath of office, ran a gun running operation to the benefit of ISIS in Benghazi, and actively operates a global money laundering pay-to-play scheme.

As bad as Trump is, nothing he has ever done rises to that level. Nothing.

Thanks, but no thanks. I want to know when Miss Cleo is going to start doing commercials again and when you are going to become the Jitterbug spokesperson? Chef could split his time between getting his ass handed to himself in a Senate race and pimping University of Phoenix's new online Chef degree.

Silly girls.

I'm going to do you a favor, and you may wish to take stock because I don't do this often, and take a break from mocking you to explain why you're being mocked.

You're displaying an astonishing lack of self awareness while exhibiting a completely unearned sense of self importance. No one here knows who the hell you are, yet you've rolled in, without taking a breath to make a reasoned argument, demanding that everyone submit to your superior understanding, when you've made absolutely zero case for it. And then when you're being derided for exactly that behavior, your go-to is that you're rolling in the dough, and to attach dopey under-cooked labels to the people calling you to the carpet. News for you bub: your Trump-lite shtick isn't working. Lyin' Ted, Crooked Hillary, and Little Mario don't post here; and no one cares or believes that you're "very rich".

If this is some carefully crafted online persona designed to look like anything other than an under-employed, angry millennial screaming out into a world that quite frankly doesn't give a !@#$ about you while you play at cool, desperately trying to make folks think that you're more than you are, it isn't working.

That pooped collar, styled bed head, ripped skinny jeans, rolled cigarette, hint of mascara, slam poetry, wallet on a chain imagery?

That's the imagery you've conjured up with your behavior.

Edgy.

I don't consider myself a wild raving moron, and I don't think anyone on the two non-profit boards I serve on would say that either. I have three solid kids, a great wife, and I make a good living. I own my own home, I am a college graduate, I have many old friends who are not white--I spent a good portion of my childhood in Wellston, MO.

In my eyes, the mass delusion is our current government and the wild raving morons are the people that continue to vote the same types of career politicians into office and expect different results. The same people who are spoon fed their information by the MSM.

Have a great day!

That is your perception. My perception is the three of you think you are god's gift and you come off that way too. Save your sermons for someone who gives two ***** what you dribble out of that receptacle you call a mouth.

None of us think we're God's gift. We just think you're a great big pile of monkey ****.

I still can't completely get it through my head that the loudmouth idiot real estate scumbag Donald Trump is hijacking our entire culture in this insane frenzied ego orgy and getting millions of people to magically forget that he's a sleazy loudmouth !@#$ long enough to actually consider voting for him. Didn't we all know he was excrement decades ago? Down is up. This will all be over soon, right?

It's the mass-media induced confusion of celebrity with leadership. Hillary's the same phenomenon on a smaller scale - she's trading off 25 years of celebrity as "Hillary Clinton," rather than any true competence.

Or maybe it's simply hardwired into humans.

Speaking of monkeys.

Platt conducted the experiment by offering thirsty monkeys a choice: their favorite drink, in this case Juicy Juice cherry juice, or the opportunity to look at computer images of the dominant, "celebrity" monkey of their pack.

Despite their thirst, they chose to look at the pictures.

Yes, mass-media has failed us. But, more importantly, the people have failed themselves. They've allowed the media to sell them pre-packaged crap and brand recognition...and FEAR. Our electorate is now fully idiotized and ripe for whatever the hell is next.

To be fair to monkeys, for a while there Harambe was a bigger star than either Hillary or Donald.

It's not really celebrity although that plays a part. It's also part perception vs. reality....rarely are they the same....comfort, safety, pleasure, instant gratification, sustainable gratification, ease, shelter, endorphins via pleasure along with expected continuation thereof, and lots of other things. That monkey looked at the pictures because he imagined the other monkey could get him all the cherry juicy juice he'd ever need both today and tomorrow and beyond. It's why i collect the $$$$$$$$$$ I do from the women I make happy. It's why I can convince them that Beerboy and Sage are worth paying money for. It's why a Kindergarten teacher mistakenly buys dinner for stoners.

"Celebrities" like Trump and Hillary have embedded perceptions about them that people do not just dismiss. They exploit the positive perceptions about themselves and the negative perceptions of their opposition. It's why Trump can run a Casino into the ground and still be a "great businessman". Hillary tried in vein to make business failures stick against Donald but the perceptions are too deeply embedded and it didn't work. Conversely, he is perceived as a jerk so any random woman can claim abuse and it will be believed by some and create doubt/guilt in others. It's why Hillary can nearly spit in the face of the families of fallen heroes, call them liars and still run for prez....perceptions and desire.

The American "political middle" or undecideds go back and forth so much because they aren't able to dodge falling for false narratives but they are smart enough to be disappointed with lack of results....then the cycle frustratingly starts over again. It's why GMs give Ryan Fitzpatrick the starting job so quickly and then pull him quickly also. It's why everyone thinks Andrew Luck is a future Hall of Famer.

We all have failures and we all have things that can bing value to ourselves and others. Hillary and Donald have been able to get supporters to ignore their failures and focused on the value of what they are perceived to be able to bring.

If your goal was to make virtually everyone think you're an idiot not worth listening to, you've done a bang up job.

If you were half as bright as you seem to think you are, you'd stop with your petulance, and start listening. My bet, however, is that you're less than a quarter as smart as you think you are, so you'll just keep on keeping on.

I actually should have said "social media" instead of "mass media." But I think there's a good argument that, in this context, Twitter, Facebook, etc. are just as much "mass media" as NBC, CBS, FOX, etc...

But not Google. Google is definitely not media.

Trump's potty mouth didn't create ISIS.

Trump's potty mouth didn't create the ACA.

Trump's potty mouth didn't overturn Libya's government.

Trump's potty mouth didn't let Russia invade the Crimea or the Ukraine.

Trump's potty mouth didn't unleash Russia on the Middle East and cause the Syrian refugee crisis.

Trump's boorish behavior and rambling speech patterns didn't make the US invade Iraq.

Trump's boorish behavior and rambling speech patterns didn't cause Fast 'n Furious.

Trump's boorish behavior and rambling speech patterns didn't subvert the Justice Department and the FBI and the IRS.

Trump's boorish behavior and rambling speech patterns didn't create the housing and market collapse.

Trump's braggadocio didn't create the flood of Mexican and Central American invaders.

Trump's braggadocio didn't give Hillary Clinton poor health, or cause her reprobate husband to rape women and lie about it.

Trump's braggadocio didn't lie to the relatives of the four slain Americans who were in Benghazi because Hillary was running guns to ISIS.

Trump's braggadocio isn't responsible for the flight of American manufacturing jobs going overseas.

There's a set of heavy fingerprints on much of what ails America right now, and none of them belong to Trump. The same can not be said for Hillary.

She's been part of the establishment for over 30 years and has had a large part in creating the mess of troubles that we're currently in.

But Trump said "kitty!" :w00t::o

What's next is more war, more stripping back of our constitutional protections, and less traditional democracy.

That's what HRC is going to bring. Trump is a distraction, a foil for Hillary to vanquish. That's all.

She has proven to be incompetent and corrupt. Her only calling cards are a) her husband and b) having 2 X chromosomes.

b) having 2 X chromosomes.

You're not buying that crap about her being the smartest person alive are you? Even if she is, she does not have twice as many chromosomes. It's bunk. And if she does have any extra they are just pooling where her ankles used to be.

She uses one set for public policy and the other set for insider policy.

Having an extra chromosome number 21 leads to down syndrome so
