Tiberius Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 No, I'm not venting and you have nothing. You seem to think that it is perfectly ok to either mindlessly post stuff you haven't read or try to debate stuff when you are armed with an IQ of a rock. Seems like you are venting to me. Or is it crying like a baby?
3rdnlng Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Seems like you are venting to me. Or is it crying like a baby? Instead of trying to deflect from your stupidity and laziness why don't you try to defend yourself?
GG Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Instead of trying to deflect from your stupidity and laziness why don't you try to defend yourself? Oh no. Please do not challenge him with that.
DC Tom Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 I think I view the appropriate amount of issues along racial lines, actually. But, in any case, it's better to err on the side of thinking too racially instead of not thinking about race at all. For example: Education: 3 Approaches To Higher Test Scores 1. Liberal Progressive - "We need to spend more money! These poor children don't have enough money!" 2. Cuckservative / LOLbertarian - "Muh Charter Schools! Muh School Vouchers!" 3. Nationalist - "You know, we actually don't have an education problem at all. We have good schools. The only reason the USA ranks low in comparison to China or Finland is because we have waaaay more Latinos and Blacks than those countries do. Our Latinos and Blacks drag down the overall average; our Whites, Asians, and Jews excel at testing. In an apples vs apples comparison, we don't do any worse than the top countries." The third perspective is desperately needed in American politics. Gee, I wonder why China, Singapore, and Japan top these lists. Could it be that their countries are full of Asians? You know, usually when I write "you're an idiot," "you're a !@#$ing moron," "you're an !@#$," etc., it's understood to be hyperbole, meaning at most "you're acting like an idiot," "you're being an !@#$," etc. Most people know not to take it too seriously. I point this out because I want it understood that the following isn't hyperbole, and I'm being completely serious: you really are a !@#$ing !@#$, you racist piece of ****. Try making the world a better place, and drink some malathion or something.

You seem to think that it is perfectly ok to either mindlessly post stuff you haven't read or try to debate stuff when you are armed with an IQ of a rock. Perhaps you thought I have been joking previously, but I am not. This is a guy who is getting paid for posting nonsense in various message boards, Twitter and website comments sections. He neither has nor wants the intellectual capacity to actually *think* about what he's posting. He's just doing it for extra income. You know those spams you see sometimes in comments sections that say "My brother just paid off his Land Rover by working from home! Ask me how!!" or "I earned $4000 my first month working from home! Ask me how!"' That's gatorman. Probably a leftist Bills fan who sees a chance to post his stuff on a political website and earn a few extra bucks. This is why he constantly posts stuff he doesn't understand, and occasionally posts stuff twice. He's a copy/paste basement dweller who just happens to be a Bills fan. And no, I'm not kidding.

I know you've been beating that drum for awhile and I didn't really take it seriously until a few months ago when I had a meeting with a producer who wanted to work with me on a project he'd been developing. I can't go into too much detail because I took the gig and am in the middle of writing it -- but the producer wanted to tell a story about paid internet trolls. He introduced me to three paid internet trolls. Two men, one woman, all hired by various companies (big name companies, and even small name local companies) to post unflattering reviews of their competition on Yelp, reddit, and their rival company's message boards. They get paid per post, per account and all three were making upwards of $60k a year for their work -- not bad for three folks under the age of 25. All three were bright, motivated, and aggressively underemployed before they jumped into this growing industry. After the initial meeting, I spent more time with one of the trolls in particular and got to watch him work. The guy, I'll call him Joe, was hired by the Clinton campaign (on top of his corporate gigs) to post disparaging comments about Sanders, Trump, and Cruz in the /r politics and /r Bernie Sanders sub-reddits. Joe got paid $120 bucks a week per account (with the ability to make more if his comments are upvoted by a certain amount), I saw the pay stub and watched him literally argue with himself on reddit for a solid three hours -- derailing several threads and inventing a completely new one (wherein he was the only poster for much of the day until he managed to lure what seemed like a dozen other redditors into a circular debate about nonsense). And those are just the "for hire" trolls. Joe introduced me to another gentleman -- we'll call him Larry -- who works for an alphabet soup agency (he won't say which) and performs the same function for the US government. Essentially monitoring dozens of message boards (even innocuous ones) with a mission to derail any threads that talk about things the government doesn't want people talking about. The topics he listed included: election fraud, war on terror, and anything having to do with the TPP. The amazing thing was that Larry didn't try to get people not to talk about these things, he just tried to get them to talk about the most ridiculous (and thus easily dismissed) elements of these issues, assuring that there was no substantive debate or information to be gleaned by any lurkers. So the past three months have been an education on that front for me. Gator might be one, I still tend to think he's one of our regular poster's alter egos though but now that I've seen a little bit behind the curtain I can't be sure.

Gene Frenkle Posted April 1, 2016 Author Posted April 1, 2016 It will come as a surprise to exactly no one that one of the most devout disciples of the angry, old, white 1%er DNC presidential candidates would read what I wrote and absolutely, positively, and completely miss my point. Feel the Bern, Geno! Grab your walker, your Depends and your Geritol and get out the vote!!! All good, buddy. Hope you're enjoying the circus!

He doesn't belong here. paid or not it doesn't matter to me I again encourage all to join me in the "non-response" club............I haven't debated with Gator since Nov. 2014. Peaceful. Clarification: by non-response, I mean respond directly to one of his foolish comments or distractions. Or ........even more foolish......ask him a question ............. I do still (like you folks) comment on his hysterical (in every sense of the word) posts every once in a while a weakness that I am trying to break also. . Edited April 1, 2016 by B-Man

Yup, that is a waste, but look at the two idiots taking it serious, so... Sadly it's all too true. Saw it with my own eyes, including proof of payment. Was it in petro dollars?
Deranged Rhino Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 You like making up crap that I'm a paid poster? Yup, that is a waste, but look at the two idiots taking it serious, so... Was it in petro dollars? Are you really arguing paid internet trolls do not exist? Or merely that you aren't one?
Tiberius Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Are you really arguing paid internet trolls do not exist? Or merely that you aren't one? I don't know if they exist. I am not one and I really don't see the point in them. What difference would one make here? Are we derailing this discussion on Trump by discussing this???
Deranged Rhino Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 (edited) I don't know if they exist. I really don't see the point in them. They do. The point is to spread negative word of mouth about rival companies and their products on review sites. In the government sector they're used to curtail any meaningful discussions on topics uncomfortable to the establishment. Edited April 1, 2016 by Deranged Rhino
Tiberius Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 They do. The point is to spread negative word of mouth about rival companies and their products on review sites. In the government sector they're used to curtail any meaningful discussions on topics uncomfortable to the establishment. I guess I always figured that on customer reviews they would be obvious trolls but on political message boards it hardly seems worth it. Who the hell is going to change their minds here?
Deranged Rhino Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 I guess I always figured that on customer reviews they would be obvious trolls but on political message boards it hardly seems worth it. Who the hell is going to change their minds here? Hardly worth it? Have you been watching how national campaigns are run? Since the beginning of the republic there have been dirty politics and campaigning, from smear campaigns to tabloid rumors. You have to be pretty naive to think that kind of dirty politics wouldn't naturally expand to the internet. The point isn't to change minds. The point is to distract, derail, and obfuscate any semblance of reasonable discussion. The point is to keep people from asking and answering the questions which threaten the establishment control.
Azalin Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 You like making up crap that I'm a paid poster? Yup, that is a waste, but look at the two idiots taking it serious, so... You can't blame them for thinking that. It's difficult for anyone to imagine that someone could be so completely oblivious as to post something, and then post the exact same thing again - adding an apology if it had already been posted. That's Olympic level stupid, especially considering that one post came directly after the other. Your only out was to cop to being a paid troll. You blew it.

I just had the old link on the clip board (from and hour before) and didn't copy new link, that's all. Big crime! But you would get bent out of shape about a simple mistake. You HAVE to. Someone like you simply has no choice but to try and jump on a small mistake and make more out of it than it is. You would never be able to dissect on complicated argument. You never really contribute anything interesting or intelligent to any debate. You can't!
