  1. 1. Is Coldplay a Good Choice for the SB 50 Halftime Show?

    • Yes. I think it's a good choice
    • No. It's a terrible choice.
    • I don't care one way or the other.

I like the band, not sure if its the right venue

I really like Coldplay but you are right, absolutely wrong venue. If there were going to go international they should have put the Arctic Monkeys up there.

They should've gone with Tool.

Now we're talking! They're touring in Jan btw. Going to see them for the first time in Nashville can't wait.

I second this. Coldplay is what you listen to while you're carrying the toaster into the bathtub.

Or your neighbor's shower.

I'm torn between saying it's a terrible choice or saying I don't care. They're both true.

Know how I know most of the posters in this thread are gay?

Because you're gay and you can tell who the other gay people are?

Awesome. Glad to know there will be some has-been act on the TV while I'm taking a piss, making my wings, getting more chili and another beer, etc.

They care who the half time act is?

wow, some people just never satisfied.

Katy Perry - how could you NOT enjoy staring at that

Bruno Mars - pretty unbelievable performer

Coldplay - some pretty good tunes

Katy Perry is not music, she is a walking advertisement for some good plastic surgeon for her chest. She should either stick to singing for 12 year old girls or transition to a career of making money on pornhub

Bruno Mars is not music that ever should be associated with pro football, he should be performing for 12 year old girls.

Coldplay is a great band, but probably not the right band for the 50th Super Bowl.

Neil Diamond would be awesome for such an occasion. Foo Fighters would be epic for it.

At least it isn't this:
