Chef Jim
Sautéed some with garlic and some pork belly that I had prepared earlier on Thanksgiving. Yummylicious. I had some homemade soppressata and duck prosciutto that I julienned and added to the Brussels sprouts. It's good to be the Chef.

Chef Jim
you should come to the tailgate and prove it. I'm not big on sharing.
BringBackFergy
OK, this is one of my favorite veggies: toss them in a gallon size Ziploc with olive oil, chopped garlic, romano cheese and salt/pepper. Shake for a little bit (the bag.... not your ass). Let sit. After an hour, lay them on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 mins at 350 degrees...turn and move around halfway (the sprouts...not your significant other). Wait until they are a little charred on the outsides. Put them on your plate with a dash of vinegar. Heavenly.
