Ed Hochuli and crew. Really bad call on a defensive hold (Porter tapped him after five yds...really minor). Led to Eddy Lacy run with Reggie Cobb holding a Bears jersey clear as day...no flag. Then Eddy Lacy releases ball before crossing goal line (from my perspective it looked early) but TD stands. I love the Packers but I have a feeling the refs will be assuring a Packer win on Brett Favre day.

I was wondering why illegal man downfield was not called on that play also.

I've been thinking that too ... somehow, some way, they'll be a call that swings things the Pack's way. NFL loves their marquee teams ...

EDIT: Matt Flynn, come out of your turkey coma ...

Well there goes your theory. Wrongly blown play just cost Packers a TD.

Yeah, wow. Guess they might have thought it was going to be unabated to the QB, but it wasn't at all.

That it did. The officials blow this year

I think game has too many rules and to easy to miss plays; the screwups like not stopping clock when player goes out of bounds using college rule should get suspension without pay however.

Terrible whistle on that play!!!

That may have cost the Pack the game right there...Rogers was never in danger and knew he had them...

Just awful... B-)

Right call. Chris and Al missed that the guard moved.

The NFL rulebook has become the IRS tax system. They should throw both out and start from scratch and simplify it by 50% or more.

Agree but a few years ago that is a false start penalty.

The OG moved after Chicago's DT jumped into neutral zone. Refs were correct to stop play.

Just watched it again...In super-slow about 10 times...

The OG does appear to move a split second before the ball was snapped...But that was so close...It's like a fraction of a second...

So...you're correct...I doubt very much Pack fans will see it that way tomorrow if they lose this game... B-)
