Dragonborn10 Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 How the F$%K do the Bills not have two plays called in the huddle to start the last drive? Why is TT looking for a play to be called? If TT can not memorize 5 plays to use in the two minute drill then he is hopeless/worthless.
Mij yllek Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 as always the headsets were mysteriously out of order.
MDH Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 That was my question. Its a two minute drill, you have multiple plays called. Ive never seen a QB wait for a playcall in that situation.
Dragonborn10 Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 as always the headsets were mysteriously out of order. No need for a head set on the second play of the drive.
BillsFan130 Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Agreed. The only one who did descent was Rex with his defensive game plan. But clock management/ play calling was horrendous today

Every week there is a problem getting plays in and using time outs too soon. All coaching all on Rex.
CardinalScotts Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Greg Roman is as good as gone. with his 8 game qb ya right
Big Blitz Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Having 1 timeout with what 7 minutes left in the 4th while you're losing is just inexcusable.
DC Greg Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Roman really looked amateur out there today. Not quite Nate Hackett level, but that is a pretty low bar.
OhDozeBills Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Rex sure gives these guys a lot of time off. Maybe they should be practicing the 2 minute drill, communication, etc. Rex tries to respect the players too much but he needs to command more from them and stop trying to be the players coach
BuffaloBillsForever Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Punting on 4th and short near the 50 in the 4th quarter down 10 points was the most ergregious of them all...
Big Blitz Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Punting on 4th and short near the 50 in the 4th quarter down 10 points was the most ergregious of them all... No the play call on 3rd down was worse. SNEAK!!!
BuffaloBillsForever Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 (edited) No the play call on 3rd down was worse. SNEAK!!! bad call, but bad calls can work....the punting decision is deliberatly taking the ball away from the offense Edited November 24, 2015 by BuffaloBillsForever
Freddie's Dead Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 (edited) No the play call on 3rd down was worse. SNEAK!!! The play call wasn't the problem. You get up there quick and snap it like the Cheats do. What you don't do is sub in your heavy package and telegraph what you're going to do. Edited November 24, 2015 by Freddie's Dead
FireChan Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Greg Roman is as good as gone. Phone is ringing off the hook for that sweep play on first down all game. The Cleveland Browns NEED THAT MAN.
Dr.Sack Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Everyone knows that the key to New England's offense is the slot receiver. Welker, Edelman, Amendola. Key stat was Amendola 12 targets, 9 receptions and 117 yards, could have been more if not for the infamous whistle play. Amendola ran underneath the Bills zone defense and won the game.

Prickly Pete Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 (edited) They aren't well-rehearsed. It's like they practice plays, but don't practice situations. They're a band that practices songs, but never work on stringing them together into a seamless set. There isn't a "2-Minute Offense" as far as I can tell, and it feels like after almost every play, it's "regroup" time. They can't seem to even spike the ball to kill the clock without instructions from Roman. It's killing them in close games. It's coaching. Edited November 24, 2015 by HoF Watkins
