Or the roughing the punter call they missed? Or the facemask they picked up? Or the face guarding on Sammy? Or the DPI on Hogan? All huge penalties in huge spots.

What accountability? The league profits more from New England winning, staying undefeated and preserving the "our Super Bowl was completely untainted and legitimate" narrative.

What should be obvious is that the Patriots are a very beatable team at this point in the season. The Bills truly didn't do themselves a ton of favors in this one. Even with that, they kept it very close. The Patriots offense wasn't really all that good. With some better tackling, it could be argued the Patriots offense could've been blanked.

What about the non-facemask call on McCoy?

I think the ref said that they thought McCoy left the huddle looking out of the ear hole of his helmet and has one of those bobblehead springs for a neck. It did sort of make sense over the PA system, but now that one thinks about it with a lower BAC... B-)

it was clearly holding. The replay from the back angle showed it clear as day. But this was possibly the worst refereed game I have ever seen.

Where did you see a replay?

Ok I just rewatched the replay. Graham did hold on the play. Good call there.

And then we have to listen to the announcers say over and over that the Pats got screwed because Amendola would have scored. BS. Darby would have tacked him immediately but he stopped running when the whistle blew. Incredible.

What's worse, for me, is on the punt and face mask plays brought up, neither play was replayed on the broadcast. Does the nfl control what is shown?

Glad others mentioned the obvious face masks and the roughing the punter.

I usually don't complain about officiating, but that was completely amateur

don't you know all players are pushed into Bills kickers therefore no flag?

@ProFootballTalk

NFL admits blown call, Sammy Watkins got out of bounds with two seconds left http://wp.me/p14QSB-9V9M

Can they also admit they blew two separate calls on the NE TD?

Can they also admit they blew the call on the textbook PI against Hogan that is a first and goal for the Bills?

Can they also admit they blew the textbook roughing or running into the kicker penalty that would have given the Bills the ball not the Pats?

Can they also admit that even the one call they blew in the Patriots favor they blew two calls against the Bills on the same play and actually gave the Patriots about 12-13 yards on the one play they blew against the Patriots?

Let's just simplify it: can they admit they blow?

Could be the reason why the entire crew has this week off.

I keep wondering ... what IF

What if they stopped the clock like they should have and the Bills got a Hail Mary TD.

Would Rex

A) Go for 2

B) Go for the tie and OT

He would have pulled a complete jedi mindf##k on the Zen Master. He would have sent Tyrod as the holder instead of Colton, hoping no one would notice. Then once the ball is snapped, Tyrod takes off for the corner pylon. Bills win 21-20. The fans are stunned. Brady cries.

I was at Gillette and they showed the replay on the Jumbotron of McCoy getting his head torn off. Surprised ESPN didn't show that.
